PROPERTY MANAGEMENT –
Deb Meyer joined The Dunham Company in December 2013. Her focus is on the tax credit compliance side for the rent to own homes.
With bringing to the table a 15 year background in the Housing Tax Credit Program, this also includes over 25 years working with the Section 8 HUD program. Along with this comes working with the HOME program, Public Housing Program, Rent Supplement Program and conventional housing.
Deb has Tax Credit Certification through Spectrum, a HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist through NCHM, and has been a licensed property manager in SD. She has also been an active member of the Sioux Falls Multi-Housing Association, serving on the Board many years and has been a past board member for Rocky AHMA/Region 8 Affordable Housing Management Association.
