PRESIDENT / CEO –
Chris Dunham is the President of The Dunham Company. The Dunham Company is a family owned business started in April of 1977. Chris has worked in all the divisions of The Dunham Company since the late 1980’s. In his time with The Dunham Company he was in the property management maintenance caring for real estate investments managed by The Dunham Company. In 1990 he became a construction Manager for us coordinating work on all types of construction from Residential-‐single family homes, townhomes, and Commercial-‐office, and retail buildings. He became licensed to sell real estate in South Dakota in December of 1993 and began his career in real estate sales and leasing for The Dunham Company. In 1995 Chris moved to Phoenix, Arizona to gain other experiences working for Bank ONE and Longhorn Golf Company. Chris returned to Sioux Falls in April of 1997 continuing his career in real estate for The Dunham Company Residential Sales Division. This experience led him to start Milestone Consulting & Construction Services, Inc. a construction company that designs and builds single family and multifamily homes. In October 2012 he rejoined The Dunham Company Commercial Division working in the construction and designing and building new products. In January 2013 The Dunham Company lost its Co-‐Founder Donald A. Dunham Jr. CEO/Chairman of the Board. On August 26th Chris became President/CEO of The Dunham Company. Our mission remains the same as it was in 1977 “Serve the client with advocacy and honesty.”. Chris is married to Susan Sabers and they have 2 children Quinn and Zachary.
Chris likes to give back through the Sioux Falls Downtown Lions Club and has served on every position on its Board including President in 2008-‐2009.
Favorite things include spending time with family, coaching hockey, and playing golf.
